Getting SAD documents from UPS for a shipment to the EU - anyone managed to get these?

When sending goods to EU counties for an Amazon order you need to send this as DDP
( Delivery Duty Paid ) as the customer should not be required to pay any additional fees.

As I am registered for VAT for all the EU countries I sell to, I pay VAT on the selling price to the relevant EU TAX authority when I submit my VAT returns.

Since I paid for the entry VAT ( the import VAT ) on my UPS invoice for this shipment into the EU for an EU amazon customer, I am able ( with the correct documentation) to claim this VAT back that I pre-paid to UPS. As I understand it the document required is a SAD document.

Despite numerous emails to UPS I have only managed to get 1 email response to say that they do not provide this as the value of the goods on the shipment is under £900.

Has anyone managed to get this SAD document from UPS for a shipment for a low value?
