How do I generate label for replacement

A customer is returning a damaged item. I would like to send him a replacement. How do I generate the label?

Did they ask for a replacement? You cannot create a label unless it was requested through Amazon as a replacement. Do not send out a replacement otherwise. You can refund and then they can order again.
