I understand that your account has been impacted due to an association to another sellers account. This will have been due to the set up of our multiple accounts policy. Each seller is permitted to operate multiple accounts in multiple marketplaces as long as all remain in an active status and it serves a legitimate business purpose.

If any of the accounts you are associated to were to be impacted, you may see an impact to your remaining markets. You mention the association being due to the brand you are doing business with, what type of contract do you have established with them?

You may attempt to provide the contract to show your relationship, but if the accounts were actively associated at the time of the issue they encountered, you will need them to resolve their issues for you to resolve yours.
