Hi,
I was asked to reply to an email from Amazon, to submit Invoices for a product item.
I replied to it as requested however, a few moments later I received this:

I contacted seller support and they just copy and pasted part of the original email that was sent to me
but did not not answer my question as to what email address I should send my documentation.
Does anyone know where I should submit my documents to Amazon if not in a direct reply to an email.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks

That does not sound like an email from Amazon, but from Audible!
I presume that is a brand.
What exactly was the email that you received and from what email address?

Is it in your performance notifications?

I am starting to wonder if the two are even related. It just seems odd that 3 minutes after sending it I get a random rejection email from Audible.
Seller_ribUyYb2Xa1u6
You are right Audible is a subscription for audio books and has got nothing to do with a stationary product.
Amazon’s email just asked me to reply directly with my documents which, I did. After sending, back came the error from the Audible teams email address few minutes later. I am trying to find out if Amazon received what I had sent but they do not seem to understand what I am asking them.
Seller_ribUyYb2Xa1u6
No there is no ‘call me now’ button on the page and there is nowhere to upload in Performance Notifications.

I had to do the same last week, except I was able to do it inside my account and not through an email. The fact that this error came back was what made question whether it was fake or not.
It is a genuine request by Amazon however, they just keep telling me that it was sent by them and must reply to that email which, is what I did originally. What I am trying to find out from them is whether they received anything from me or not.
They just write back saying yes the email is authentic.

No it is a different ASIN from last one which was fine.
