Wrong Product Category

Wrong product category. I am facing the problem that my product was Amazon Best Seller in the category. But suddenly after the Prime Day Sale 22nd of July they changed my product category and due to this I am not getting enough orders. Is there anyone who is facing the same problem & knows how to solve it please contact. I have tried more than 20 times with customer care but they are not able to solve it.
