Any success stories of overturning suspension and reply wait times?
There seems to be plenty of new threads every day of people needing help with suspensions and POA but these just seem to fizzle out.
We don’t seem to have any evidence to say that certain types of suspensions are fixable.
It would be interesting to hear of any updates:
- Type of suspension and if suspension was reversed
- How long did you have to wait after sending your POA to receive news your account was reinstated.
- Date of successful reinstatement (this will help others gauge current wait times)

We understand from the reply on your post that the account is facing intellectual property rights issues.
A reinstatement on enforced account can only be possible with submission of a viable plan of action and proof of authenticity. We do understand that the validation process might take some time but that is the correct procedure to go about.
Once the review process is completed, you will be receiving a response from us informing you the status of the selling account.
