Customer Return
Hello,
i sell office chairs and a customer bought one and wants to return it as it is too small (despit dimensions of product clearly listed on the listing)
however now they have put the office chair together they are telling me they cannot disassemble and put back in the original packaging. I of course dont want it back like this as i wont be able resell again,
does anyone have any advice on how i can advise the customer further?
Many thanks

So basically, it’s a change of mind?
All you can really do, is to provide sufficient instructions to the customer on how to disassemble it and advise them, if it’s not in the original condition, that you will be forced to make a deduction on it’s return.
Just make sure that you are appearing to be reasonable about it.
And obviously, if they can’t disassemble it, it will cost considerably more for them to return.
