JOKE OF THE DAY ' Contact me !' AS A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

This customer bought one of our best selling highest quality products , received the next day . He puts a Negative feedback just saying ‘Contact me !’ . Then we get an email. How Can I return this ? which we responded with all details 5 minutes later. Auto approved and label provided. Reason for return; Accidental Order.
He doesn’t see our emails and Amazon doesn’t want to know and their Bot has no sense what so ever .
Not a very funny joke. This is annoying, least to say.
