Lost book
Unfortunately I cannot find a book I sold 2 days ago. I have messaged the customer to say I have managed to get a copy which I hope will be delivered tomorrow and will dispatch upon receipt to them. They have not replied. I am now going to get a late dispatch rate.what should I do cancel the order dilemma . Thanks

Well you can either cancel and get a pre fulfillement cancellation mark on your metrics, or wait to get the book then despatch it late, and get a late despatch mark.
Those are your only options really.
