Amazon refund customer twice by mistake! can't make this up
So i’m in a strange situation, long story short i wrote a post explaining how a customer ordered sometimes, claimed did not arrive, i won, then claimed it was damaged, i won as customer refused to return and wanted part refund, then refused my part refund. Then managed to open a third claim to which amazon then granted to the customer the amount i said i would refund which was £50.
The refund was issued yesterday for £50, however today a second £50 refund was issued, looking at my order details £100 refund has been issued in total. I did not authorise £100 to be refunded, only £50. i contacted the managing director when the third claim was opened about a week ago and they stated they had refunded £50 to close the claim, however it looks like they done it twice by mistake or maybe they just didn’t care.
This can’t be normal? what are my chances of getting the second refund reimbursed back to me?
Thanks

What was the order total?
You should never agree to issue any partial refunds without a return while a claim is open.
Refunding is always viewed as admitting your guilt and a claim won’t get fully closed with a partial refund, unless there was a return.

Open a seller support case and ask to be reimbursed.
