Shipment Delay

Hi there,

So I spoke to a member of the team that was helpful in saying there are delays on my shipment being received but could not provide a date. Is there a reason for the delays and is there away of getting a date. Been sitting at DPD depot for 3 days and they have advised Amazon hasn't accepted delivery as of yet.
