Unfair A to Z unjustified claim

Had an A to Z granted today . Item delivered 21st April Customer first contact on the 20th April saying waiting for collection to return the item. How is that possible when he never received the order till the 21st. A to Z received on 24th item not received.

The product was worth £319 delivered by dx courier.provided full proof of delivery with signature ,picture with the door open and the customer taking the parcel and gps tracking.

If the A-Z has just been granted then they’ve taken a few days to investigate it. Is the address definitely the same as the buyer’s and not a neighbour? Also was the order delivered by the expected delivery date? If so be very specific with the appeal stating address correct, photos match buyer’s address, buyer signed for parcel etc. Did they give a reason why they granted the claim and is it funded by you rather than Amazon?
