Questions and Answers relating to products

We are changing over barcodes on products and altering some of the chemical compositions of those products.

Once we have done this we are hoping that it will delete the reviews and all the questions and answer sections. As the product name will be the same (the barcode will change) we are hoping we get a new ASIN and the Q & As and reviews will disappear + reviews - will this be the case? The reviews and our answers to questions will relate to the old chemical formula so will be misleading to the customer.
