I am trying to verify my UK/EU selling account for over 6 months now and I can't get my head around as to what I am doing wrong.
Verification team are requesting "A scanned copy of a bank statement or bank letter" for the current account. I have provided my bank statement but it was rejected I THINK due to the account number has got **** in it. For Example 12345****, which was acceptable.
I then gone to the bank and obtain certified bank letter which has everything they have requested for, i,e Account number, IBAN number, Company address, Letter date, Bank stamp, Bank account manager signature. IT WAS SCANNED COPY AS WELL.
I have no idea why they have rejected that. I have double check the company address on the letter, it is exactly matching the address on Amazon account.
Can someone from the Amazon team or experts help me as what I am doing wrong?

How do I submit the required document?
To continue with your account verification, complete the following steps to provide the requested document:
1. Go to the "Identity information" section of Seller Central:

2. Follow the prompts to upload the required document.
3. Click "Save", and then click "Submit for verification".
Once you have upload this document, we will continue with your verification.

As per the notification above did you submit an alternate copy of a certified bank letter for your business?
Please ensure the document meet the below requirements :-
-- The document must be dated within the last 180 days.
-- The document must show the bank name and the bank logo.
-- The document must be signed or stamped by the bank.
-- The document must include the account holder's name, residential address, and bank account number.
Once you resubmit the document, the same will be revalidated and you will get notified on the performance notification.
