Over 1000 units stuck in FC-Processing for over 60 days

Over 1000 units stuck in FC-Processing for over 60 days

Hello Everyone!

I'm a USA seller that has a few SKU where some of the units are stuck in FC-Processing for over 60 days. The combine units total over 1000 units.

What's also weird about this whole thing is that all those units were originally "available" to be sold. But over a span of 1-2 weeks, some of the units then became "FC-Processing" and has been stuck in there since.

What is the best course of action at this point?

My understanding is that Seller Support will just tell me to wait.

I'm accruing storage fees + need to ship additional units to cover for those units stuck in FC-Processing

Hi @Seller_YjAyNehuMNfQD, I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support at least for documentation purposes. I can also take a look at this. If support is unable to resolve the issue, I would then be able to escalate.

same issue here, we have 18 units been in the FC processing for over 3 months, Amazon support team always keep us waiting.
