Amazon Print Connect Not Working - PLEASE help
Hello.
First time using buy shipping on Amazon… TERRIBLE experience so far…
I downloaded print connect, selected our zebra printer for it and whenever I buy shipping it just reloads the order page and no label is printed. So frustrating! I can’t fix it! why is it not working, does anyone know or had a similar experience? (yes the right printer is selected as it works manually and on C&D)

Do you have print connect open? Have you inputted the access key & pass?
Bulk buying or singular? Bulk buying was replaced by something else, I can’t quite remember the name of it & I’ve printed my orders for the day but that’s another download

Singular/buying individually, also yes it’s 100% open in the background and I connected the access key/pass successfully.

Did you have any luck troubleshooting using the link? It doesn’t take you to the manage order’s page with a box at the top saying 'postage successfully bought for ‘order number’ & a new page doesn’t pop up? That’s what happens to me when I don’t have it running in the background.

Nope, nothing works, it just buys the label but doesn’t print it and loads the order page.
I had 4x6 labels selected, zebra printer, all connected successfully, it says amazon print connect enabled etc, correct printer selected… STILL NOT WORKING - SO ANNOYING!

I was pulling my hair out (not that I have any) and the fix was changing my browser over to Google Chrome from MS Edge… what a joke! why is everything so fragile and complicated. So I did everything right basically but computer said no. Also the fact you can’t reprint a label using print connect is a joke too. Thanks for your reply - thought i’d update you.

No worries, although I wasn’t much help haha. I use MS Edge so I’m not too sure why it wouldn’t work for you, it does also allow me to reprint. I would suggest asking SS but they’ll just send you to the help pages. Clearly it’s connected up properly if it’s working on Chrome…
