Intellectual Property rights infringement
Hi we need some help, another seller has stopped us from selling by claiming that we have made a trademark infringement against intellectual property rights. We own all the design and trademarks on our products which are registered at ipo.gov and have sent all certified certificate to amazon and also have brand registry. Amazon do not see this and keep asking for a LOA (letter of authorisation) from the rights owner, which is us. We have appealed this a ridiculous amount of times but are not getting anywhere. This seems to be a rating sabotage from this other seller causing us to hit rock bottom.
Has anyone been in this situation before?

Hi,
I can find your trademark fully registered at UKIPO 27 August 2021 but you don’t appear to have linked your brand to your storefront (Please see below the brand is missing.)
Did you send back the validation code to Brand Registry Amazon .uk?
This is why you are receiving the following:-
You will need to sign in and contact the UK Brand registry team here Brand Registry Support page for further help.

Hi Tracy, I’ve now created a store front and have linked our brand to it. I’m now stuck on how to get the infringement claim retracted?
