Threat of deactivation
I am being threatened with deactivation because an original seller says my offer is not the same as his ( i thought it was ) now amazon are asking me to identify the root cause of the problem, explain what i have done to solve it, explain concrete steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again, and provide a time line for these actions

Could you please post here the entire communication which you received from Amazon regarding the matter?
It sounds like another seller reported you for selling items which don’t match the listing description.

Yes that’s whats happened but that doesn’t help me with what i need to do to answer Amazons questions they say if i haven’t answered them to their satisfaction within 72 hours my account will be deactivated
