As a concerned Amazon merchant, I've been seeking responses from the moderators regarding the VTRS, but my queries seem to go unanswered. Are others experiencing the same issue, or is it just me?
Julia has been incredibly helpful, and I appreciate her support. However, it seems like the other moderators are unavailable. Any insights on this matter?
It's disappointing when we don't receive answers, as it undermines the purpose of this forum. Thank you for your attention.

There are still a lot of unanswered questions re. the changes to VTR - see the other threads re. this, which you have already contributed to. Hopefully the questions will be answered eventually, but my take on it is that the mods are not clear about it either, and just keep quoting the info from the 'partner team' !!
Yes, there are a lot of unanswered questions and it is disappointing that we have not even seen any acknowledgement of this, never mind any date by which we can expect a response.
