No free delivery Amazon FBA
Hello, I have two new products on Amazon FBA. They are both brand registered. I am hitting a big problem because Amazon are listing them as ‘FREE UK Delivery on orders dispatched by Amazon over £20.’ I obviously want them to be just free delivery. I think it is affecting my sales quite badly. Originally one was even listed as ‘add-on item’ until I raised my price a little.
If I keep raising my price I won’t be competitive. I can also see products of the same size and weight that are cheaper than mine and they have free delivery.
Any explanations of what is happening here and how I can overcome this problem?

You will be seeing this message because you’re not a Prime Member on the account you’re using.
Prime members get free delivery on all products and won’t see that message.
Only non-Prime members are charged delivery on orders under £20.
That’s how Prime and FBA work.
