Disbursement Cancelled - 18th August 2024 - We received an email confirming that the funds were on their way. The following day when checking the Disbursements it shows as Cancelled. The payment screen is not showing any new shipped sales we have missed three payment now. We checked to see why it had been cancelled and were directed to our Performance Notifications but there was nothing there to suggest a problem.We contacted Amazon Account Heath Support who confirmed there were no issues on the Account & were then passed over to Amazon Selling Partner support. He checked the Account and the previous disbursement but could not find a problem.
Transferred the case number 10236585532 to payment department but no reply yet
Could someone please look into this for me, thank you
