How do I alter the automatically calculated shipping charge. This is always wrong and in many cases less than 50% of the true postal charge.

if you are on the individual selling plan (pay per sale) then you cannot change the shipping charge and you need to account for the difference in your selling price
If you upgrade to the professional plan (£30 per month) you can set your own shipping costs
