My account is set to be deactivated after receiving the below email from Amazon:

Dear Seller,

Your Amazon selling account will be deactivated on 6th August 2024 in accordance with section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement if you do not follow the procedure outlined below. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds withholding policy: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference /9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6. Additionally, you will be unable to create removal orders for the inventory present in Amazon Fulfillment Centers during this time. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/1791.

Why is this happening?

We have taken these measures because we believe that your account is offering items that are unsuitable and may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store. Our unsuitable inventory policy can be found here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GH4YYXNDRW9BSZEN.

How do I verify my identity and inventory supply chain?

To complete your identity and supply chain verification for your inventory you need to complete virtual identity and supply chain verification over a video interview. To reserve a time slot for the interview, fill out the form here: [link]

After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred time slots, 48 hours before the interview. After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days.

What happens if I do not sign-up for virtual identity and supply chain verification?

if we do not receive a request through the above form within 14 days of notification, your account will be deactivated.

I have been selling on Amazon for 2 years +, account health is 928/1000, and definitely have not 'engaged in deceptive or illegal activity'. Strangely, my account is completely fine at this moment; though the email said I'd have limited access - I can list, sell, create removal orders and even disburse payments. My worry is that come August 6th I will be locked out of the account and both my capital & stock will be froze. I have completed the form provided by Amazon to schedule a video interview regarding identity and supply chain verification but I have not received any confirmation of a time slot. All 3 times have now passed and I have not yet received an invitation link.

I would like to know how to resolve this issue and what steps I need to take. I have a significant amount of funds held due to an error, and there is no one available to assist or take responsibility.
