Account Deactivated - new seller/proof of ID
Hi all thanks in advance
My new amazon sellers account has been deactivated before i have sold anything.
They have asked to confirm i have a valid credit card on file which i do and to provide a utility bill within the last 90 days. I dont have any other utility bills apart from a phone bill which i have provided. They have said i have still not provided enough information to reactivate. I have appealed this and tried to get an answer to explain exactly what else i need to do and no response yet. I have contacted the seller support and had a phone call only to tell me to reply on the additional information required text box when appealing to ask for clarity on what information i need. However today after checking all my personal information i have received a performance notification saying ‘Your information is verified - Start selling on amazon now’ yet my account is still deactivated. Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems to be a common issue at the moment
Are you registered as an individual seller or business seller and was the bill in your name and address or the business ?

Was it a mobile phone bill? I’m not sure Amazon accept those for verification, but it’s been quite a while since i’ve been through verification.
