Order cancellation

I have bought postage for an order then realised it was out of stock so I refunded the postage and refunded the buyer but it is now still showing as an open order and asking me to confirm shipment when I need to cancel it. There are no cancellation options on display. How do I change this

On the order page there is the option to cancel on the right hand side, and you select the reason for cancellation - no inventory - you should have done it via there.

You should not have refunded - you do not need to refund as no payment is taken from the customer until you actually confirm shipment.

I think you might have to put this down to experience and take the loss. If you bought the postage from Amazon then there is a way to get a refund if you go into the open order.

@Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGidis right, as usual ;-), thank you JillyB.
