UPS Next Day Air No longer an Option?

Have had 2 recent "Next Day" orders that I cannot ship next day air.

Amazon Buy Shipping is not showing UPS Next Day Air.

Shipping the order same day - all that appears is UPS 2nd day air and FedEx 2Day one rate.

UPS Next Day Air is not even showing in the grayed out "ineligible" options. Only Next Day Saturday Delivery.

Whats the deal?
