Sales drop off around 2pm each day
Hey.
My sales recently tank to 0 around 2pm every day without fail in the last couple of weeks.
It’s a noticable patten change whereas we used to get no morning sales but a lot of afternoon sales. now it’s switched, i always wake up with sales now and then they stop coming in the afternoon.
- anyone else notice a buying patten change?
- is there a way to look at page views throughout the day rather than on a whole day basis? so i can see when the page views stop coming in.
Just a note, my ppc ads are active throughout the day and aren’t running out of budget.

check settings - shipping settings - general settings - control order volume
have you set a limit ?
in theory that shouldn’t stop orders - just extend the dispatch and delivery time for them

There are several threads over the years (we have been on over 10) and despite denials the sales we make are 99% of the time within £10 every single day. It is control of the sales you can make full stop.
For us it fails about 13:50 and restarts (if you can call it that these days!) around 18:15 every day.
So you are correct to notice this.
