Complete product review same buyer had left 5 negative feedback
Hi,
I believe its a complete product review item not as pictured and contents of a much redused quality than that displayed on amazon ,not happy !! (205-7776660-2259527)

It's not a product review as it states the item was not as pictured.
If the feedback is that the item didn't match the product page then Amazon won't remove this. You have been accused of sending the wrong product and Amazon would let it stand so other buyers are aware.
The feedback also accuses you of sending a different quality of the product again this is not a product review.
So did the product match the product page? Was there a difference in packaging and product size as stated by the buyer.
If the item matched the product page you can ask the customer to remove the feedback. They may well not respond. You can also leave a follow up response to put your side.
