Settlement Report Error

Hi,

I’ve been back and forth with seller support for about a week now with this issue and there is no sign of anyone actually reading my messages properly understanding the issue. Every time I try to look at settlement reports I get the message “Error, Unable to retrieve settlement periods at this time”. This happened shortly after requesting access to the flat file V2 format. Clearing cache, cookies etc doesn’t make a difference so I would welcome any suggestions of things to try that might help fix this issue.
