You need to make your question a little clearer.
To be frank though, if you don’t even understand who ships what where, then your not going to get very far.
I don’t know whether your talking about amazon fulfilling your orders, or yourself?
Start by reading all of the information available from Amazon.
Look at the seller university, there is a wealth of information available.
If you then have a specific question, your welcome to ask here.
And we will try to help.

I agree Alibaba is just a waste of time and no one is going to tell you what suppliers to use.
The shipping side of things is fairly simple to be fair and there are a couple of youtube videos which walk you through basically you Pack, inventories and weigh your package imput the details print the labels attach and book the courier Amazons cheapest I find is UPS

If you are not sure how to ship, you are in the wrong business my friend.
These metrics with Amazon are very serious.
Good luck

Alibaba is not too bad if you are not planning to sell counterfeit goods and there are a lot of them there. Sometimes you will not know is you are selling patented designs or trademarks. Be very careful with that, as it was mentioned a lot of goods on amazon are from alibaba, and some sellers buy from other whole sellers who still purchase their goods from the same Chinese markets. I would advise really study of what you go in to, amazon is very strict especially with new sellers. Good luck

Hi Wenslaus. Why not source products from Kenya? You would should be able to have more control over quality. You can arrange a freight forwarder to ship your products to the UK or if they are small enough you could have them air shipped. There are also fulfilment companies that will receive your goods, quality check, repackage, store and forward your stock to Amazon. Good luck

I agree selling can be incredibly hard work and it has taken me 5 years? to find a supplier who can supply consistent products and on time.
Years ago i have been thorough the pain barrier of a having 7 huge pallets / 12 months of stock from an existing supplier that were all poorly manufactured resulting huge hours of reworking the best of the worse then painfully scrapping what could not be saved.
Twice I have had suppliers being part paid for an order then disappearing with my money.
Find a supplier who you can build up trust with and work with them with lots of samples and great communications, you need to work towards consistency, trust and loyalty with your supplier, then you have to sell !!

this thread has got the hallmarks of having watched a youtube video promising everyone that they will be a millionaire by the end of the month by doing nothing.
