deactivated account issue
I was wondering if any amzon worker would be able to help me with my account deactivation? i was told it was a section 3 for which i have supllied evidence to which shows it was purcahsed from legit seller and i have now been asked for invoices which all have been supplied.
they said they have tried to contact the company i purchased them from and have had now response to which i said they are based in hong kong and therefoe should be contacted between 2am and 12pm UK times?? now everytime i ring and speak to someone its always an excuse or same problem with invoices even though i have sent them everything in question and was told they were ok but they just needed to speak to the company in question??
now is there a way i can get someone higher up that understands the issue and will look into having my account re-activated as i have supplied everything they have ask for?
any help will be greatful.
