Random Fees Taken From Account (Mainly Asian)

I dont know if anyone else has experienced this, Ever since i started Amazon ive had random fees taken from my account for Marketplaces that ive never sold in or ever used. I then have to spend about 3 Hours every month chasing Amazon up where The uk help normally directs me to the Asian help and the Asian help directs me to the Uk help. It seems to always put my account in minus. Im not sure if anyone else has ever had this issue. Ive put all the other marketplaces in vacation mode but apparently will still be charged fees, and i cant close one marketplace without closing them all. Thanks
