Good quality pictures not being selected and updated on listing

Added great quality pictures to some of our Amazon listings, They are all in line with Amazons recommendations and I have got their ‘support’ did not answer my questions. Images are still not being selected and updated on listing… Any help would be appreciated.

did you make the original listing, and/or are you the owner of the registered brand.

If the answer is no, then getting photos changed is hit or miss
