Account Restricted, KYC Verification Failure

For the past 6 months, we have been going around in circles with our account verification, despite doing a successful video verification (which we have email proof of), We were still asked and we submitted the required documents 6-7 times as requested by Amazon, this got us nowhere and now our account is restricted. We never received the reason for the rejection and now we are stuck where we are not doing any business at all on Seller Central, we had to recall our FBA inventory back as well and we had zero sales in the last months from Seller Central. We are yet to understand why the same documents that verified us in the first place when we started our account are all of sudden not enough to pass us the verification even when we have provided the updated/recently dated documents.

We tried asking the reason for rejection over the case log as well and it has been months since we had any response in that case.

Not to mention we are a small family-owned business and our funds of more than £10000 are on hold we cannot request or disburse this amount which is affecting us a lot since we are a small business and this has already affected our cash flow.

Every time we send an email verification inquiry email we receive a notification that we cannot open a selling account.We really need help in getting this situation resolved

There seem to be SO many other sellers going through exactly the same as you - with no resolution, despite providing all they ask for - really feel for you, but can't really offer any advice.
