Reactivating my account

Hello,

I am wanting to reactivate my account however i am having great difficulty
with the information i need to provide. I submitted the information asked of me but was told it wasn’t enough. I would appreciate if i could get a call
back to explain further on what is needed from me.

This was the notification i got for suspension.
