Postage prices changed automatically

Hi. Hope you are all well.

This morning my UK postage for seller fulfilled had changed to strange prices like £4.32, £4.40 etc. I havent changed any settings.

Could anyone please advise on why this has happened and how to fix it. (I went to edit shipping and changed them back to 2.80, but no change).

Are you on individual selling plan ?

Yes, as above - which selling plan are you on ? - do you pay the £30 a month Professional plan fee, or the 90p per sale for the Individual plan ? - £2.80 is Amazon’s default shipping charge if on the basic individual plan.
Have you ever set individual shipping templates - only possible if on the paid Pro plan.

This sounds as though it might be a glitch ?? - hopefully temporary !
