account setup charges
hi.
I opened a seller account they charged me a fees of 30 Gbp
Can you please explain why you charge this amount without informing me?
i only see a notification of 1 Gbp but 30 gbp charged.
I want my refund.

It's because you registered for the professional selling plan which has a monthly fee. You'd need to downgrade if that's not what you want.
You can also ask Support for a refund.

As soon as you click on the orange 'Sign Up' button on the registration page, they automatically sign you up for the Professional selling PLAN (NOT the same as a Business Seller account).. As above reply, you can downgrade to the individual selling plan (no monthly fee, but an extra 90p fee per sale). You do this by going to account info (cog wheel top right) - sell on amazon - same again and then tick individual box.
