Invalid order ID. - Cannot open a case with Seller Support?
Hi,
trying to open a case with SS but regardless of which topic I select, it always comes up with an error: ‘‘Invalid order ID.
Please enter a valid order ID to submit a feedback removal request.’’
I am not trying to get feedback removed. I always click no and provide an order ID, but no matter which way I do it, it just goes back to that error.
Anyone else getting this as well??

Hi, I’m experiencing the same right now. I’ve been trying to get a product review removed but no matter where I try I keep getting this exact same message.
Did you manage to get around this since? I would love to hear your experience!

We’ve had this - definitely a tech issue.
You can get round it using live chat, but make sure it gets reported as a technical issue. Our issue didn’t involve feedback and it wasn’t mentioned, same order number invalid messge. V annoying.
