Account has been Deactivated due to IP issues

I wanted to take a moment to summarize the journey I've been through with the Amazon appeals process to provide clarity and context.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve worked tirelessly to understand and respond to the violations that were brought to my attention. As soon as I became aware of the issues, I took immediate action — removing the listings in question and ultimately deciding to remove my entire catalog across all marketplaces (U.S., Mexico, and Canada). This was not an easy decision, as it took countless hours to build, upload, and curate these listings. But I felt it was the most responsible way to reset and ensure full compliance moving forward.

Throughout this process, I’ve submitted multiple appeals, each time revising and expanding on the information provided to meet the stated requirements. Despite these efforts, the responses I’ve received have largely repeated the same reasons for denial, without specific guidance on what is still missing or needed.

This has been incredibly frustrating, especially given my commitment to doing things the right way. I’ve implemented new internal processes, including stricter product review procedures, IP compliance checks, and documentation tracking to ensure future compliance. I’ve even held off uploading new items until I’m confident that everything meets Amazon’s standards.

I genuinely enjoy selling on Amazon and take pride in creating quality products for customers. I only ask for a fair chance to correct past mistakes and move forward responsibly.

Sincerely,

Christopher Bickens

How many violations? Just because you delete the listings doesn't make the violation go away, each one still has to be addressed.

If you copied well known designs without the permission from the brand owner it's an IP violation. And in this case Amazon doesn't give any mercy.

Probably you can't prove how you did NOT violate the policy and therefore they will not reactivate your account, whatever you TRY to prove.

But for any specific explanation you should copy and paste here Amazon's deactivation email.

I hear how deeply frustrating and discouraging this whole experience has been for you. Your decision to completely remove your catalog across all marketplaces must have been incredibly difficult, but it demonstrates your willingness to comply with our policies.

@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9is correct. Although you took the corrective action of removing these listings, the team will still need you to address each violation. Are you able to provide me with more information so I can better assist you? Do you have a case ID where I can view your appeals? Can you be more specific on what violations you received? Can you give me ASINs that I can review with our teams?

The forums community and I are here to support you. I will be closely monitoring your thread for further information.

Looking forward to your reply,

Remy
