Listing policy violation
Hello Everyone,
Recently we received a notification about a Listing Policy Violation. It is saying that we were selling a product in a different condition than we had it listed as… The problem is that we had the product listed as new and I know for a fact that it was because we only sell new LEGO sets. The product in question is LEGO 10294 Titanic and we have received the policy violation on Amazon IT, ES, and UK. I have tried contacting the seller central team several times, but each and every time I get an automatic response, making it even harder for us to solve anything. Does anyone here with any kind of experience? Would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Your seller profile may provide a clue as to what has happened :-
"Our range includes all current LEGO sets available, quite a few “old sealed and new” sets that are out of production, "
Do check customer feedback, reviews and customer voice on all sites. Looks like someone may have received an “old sealed item” (listed as new??) and has complained. The bots will have picked up on this if this is the case.

The products you sell on Amazon must match the description on the product detail page and the listings must accurately reflect the condition of the product.
Did you make any changes in the listing of this product ?
Did you make sure that you have sent the brand new items to the customer ?
Do you have valid invoices for this product ?
You can provide copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days with invoices for these products demonstrating you have the complete, branded items in the conditions described on the detail page.
External links of receipts are not accepted.
For security reasons, we only accept attachments in the following file formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .pjpeg, .gif, .png, .tiff, .pdf, .txt, .csv.
The documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the information must be visible.
