Customer being abusive & harrassing.
A customer messaged me about a week after their order had been dispatched to tell me they didn't get their parcel and they wanted a refund immediately because im a scammer and I didn't post the item.
The item was a packet of seeds, and I of course posted the item, but because the low value, they go untracked.
After I replied offering a refund/replacement they told me how rude I am and they want their parcel and again, im a scammer.
The next day, I get a phone call (I have NEVER had a phone call from an Amazon customer) and then continuous emails from them saying the same thing.
Customer left negative feedback telling everyone I'm a scammer. Item was refunded after their first email.
Customer is STILL sending me emails and calling me daily asking when their parcel will arrive. All this over a 2.99 item.

Report the message to Amazon and mark all future messages as No Response Required.
If you can tell it is them calling on the phone just don't answer it.
They will at some point give up. Don't keep corresponding with them as that will just make them carry on.
They may well have mental health issues as most people wouldn't do this. So I wouldn't take it personally as they may not be able to help their actions.

when you say untracked, was it Royal mail letter rate or large letter rate?
