Account Status : Information provided
Hello everyone,
I would like to ask, for new seller account how much time does it take to activate the account properly. I have submitted all the documents and video verification is also done plus I received all the initial emails saying that you are verified. But when i go to account settings its mentioned account status as “Information Provided”. Can anyone tell when it will be changed to “Active”, it been more than 18 working days now.
and can i start selling with this account status ?

That was my point - “valid” only shows after you have been selling and passed the KYC verification which is triggered at around 15k euros. Before that it is “info provided” and you can sell fine. If your initial verification hasn’t completed you should see a specific message telling you that.

That doesn’t mean you haven’t been verified. Unless something has changed, accounts that are pre-KYC show as “info provided” and then “valid” after KYC.
New accounts that are pending verification typically have a message on the account info page that says something like “limited access to selling services”.
