Just noticed the same thing. I always check out VTR each day and today it's dropped to 96%. The report is reporting all our Large Letters where postage was bought on Amazon (RM24 that didn't receive a postie scan). I've not seen any Amazon notifications where Amazon bought postage would start counting to VTR (they were always protected before) so assume this is a temporary glitch?

i have the same issue today, mines dropped to 85% even though all the labels were purchased through Amazon, im on a chat with them and they are saying its because royal mail hadn't scanned them, they are saying it has no impact which it clearly has as my performance has dropped !

@Julia_Amazon can you help? my case id is 10705486972

Same here, just started to day to find my otherwise excellent VTR has dropped to 75%, despite all labels purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping.

I hope Amazon won't be taking action against us for following their policies!

I have just spoken to account health who say it is a glitch that they are working on now & we don't need to do anything.

Had the same issue and same conversation with Account Health team who confirmed it is a technical issue that the team are aware of and working on. Was told to carry on as usual and not worry about it.

Fingers crossed it will get sorted soon
