Brand Approval
Hi, I am listing my product on Amazon and it says I need brand approval, however I don’t have the product in hand as it is with the supplier so I cannot take a picture for proof.
I asked my supplier for a picture of the product with my brand sticker on it, but she needs payment before she can do that of course, and I can’t pay her until I find out the freight cost first, and she can’t find _that_out without the address, which I don’t have yet because I haven’t finished the listing.
I know this is confusing, but is there any easier way of doing this? I tried to call Amazon help, the call says connected, but I can’t actually hear anything. Any advice please?

Is this your own brand, on your own listing?
Do you have brand registry?
Brand names need to be more than just a sticker. They need to be permanently affixed to it.

Have you not had a sample from the supplier before purchasing?

Normally you would get a sample to know what you’re purchasing and that it’s the right quality etc. It would be very brave to send straight to amazon a product you haven’t even seen and if you had a sample you could use that for brand approval.

if it’s your brand then you may need to be brand registerd. And with that you can’t sell against the brand your trying to get approval for as it’s not.
As others have said a brand is not something that’s had a sticker put on it, it needs branding to proper standards.
You need to do more research, don’t just jump in.
Have you been through seller university and understood it fully.
