Stop selling in europe

Hi I only want to sell in UK but when I set up pro account I ticked the other countries I can seem to find a way to cancel this out. please can someone help. I have not sent anything in to Amazon yet I cannot find a way to get Amazon staff to help and I really find seller central complicated to use and navigate. I feel like cancelling my account.

Go to your shipping settings in Seller Central : Settings, edit any templates showing and untick all international shipping options.

One would imagine that would switch off international shipping.
