Return to sender because of insufficient address
It is very frustrating getting alot of these insufficient returns when we ship to the address given on Amazon. Then when get the return and you want to verify the address, Amazon erases the address so we cannot see what happened.
How do we fight this so we are not responsible for having to resent it on our dime. I sell items at an average $25 range. If I have to reship an item like this, I am basically paying the customer to have my item and hopefully there is no return or replacement request.

1st, when that happens do nothing. Keep the sale and restock the product.
2nd if and when they do reach out then you refund and tell them they have to place a new order with an updated address.. Nothing more you can or should do in these cases.

Solution for the "missing" address, is to go into the order and click on the button that says Reprint Label. Write VOID somewhere across the reprinted label, so that you don't confuse it with your other outgoing orders.
