我的产品被错误的投诉了,要去哪里上诉

我的一个老产品被同行恶意的投诉了。同行投诉我侵权品牌 blinger,但是我的产品和图片里面并没有这个词。绩效里面让我提交在5月18号前提交申诉材料申诉,否则就在5月18号下架我这个产品,我提交了我的品牌证书,购买发票,都被驳回。我真的很冤枉。 没有侵权别人权益也可以被投诉成功。联系账号绩效经理也联系不上。店铺后台显示电话显示电话已经接通,但是我这边电话铃声一直没有响。开了case,客服说没有权限,让我电话联系账号绩效经理。但是绩效经理电话怎么也无法接通。

看你这个帖子感觉你没说清楚问题点,绩效说你侵权,那肯定是有个侵权的点,你没找出来,他说你侵权,到底侵权了什么,你说投诉你侵权B品牌,你又没用别人的品牌怎么能投诉成功你侵权品牌呢,是不是侵权了这个B 品牌的外观设计还是什么。感觉你有点急中慌乱,没找准点
