Seller fulfilled prime offer are not coming on buy box only non prime offer are showing

I have noticed that since morning my Seller prime offers are not showing on the buy box but the non prime offer are in buy box, has any one else have the same problem?

I have the same problem.

All items now have no shipping price so you can’t use automated pricing no more as well.

Definitely affecting sales, hopefully it gets fixed soon!

For what it’s worth, I did get an acknowledgement that Support could replicate the problem:

Upon checking I see that the ASINs are not yet assigned to Nationwide Prime.
I have replicated the same from my end and I can confirm that changing the ASIN templates from Standard to Nationwide Prime is not changing there Buy Box status.
You may confirm the same from the Screenshot attached in the email.

Speaking to SS now about similar issue, my offer (although cheapest and prime eligible) shows on 3rd page of ‘other sellers’ and says ‘not available’ despite 30 in stock…

we are exact same. despite being cheap and on prime. our offers are not coming in buybox at all.
however non prime offer from other seller are in buy box.

We have the same issue too. If you disable the Prime badge on a product ie. change to a non prime shipping template then the product shows. The problem seems to be it can not at the moment connect a fee to Prime products. It will still show though if somebody logs in from another country which is why I spent over 40 mins to customer services as I got through to India.

If you go to your inventory, you will see that the fee preview on each product is – rather than an amount. At least there are a number of reports of this problem to Amazon, hopefully they will rectify it soon as it is losing my company a lot of money in sales.

Also it would be good to know if other sellers with the same problem are posting through Royal Mail or another way (DPD or Amazon Dispatch) as I have a feeling the problem is tied in with Royal Mail dispatch.

I have Spoken To Seller Support. there is and ongoing issue with buybox. they told me it will take 24-48hours to get it resolved.

Browsing other listings for broken BuyBox and seeing that it might be limited to those sellers within the G** postcodes.

We seem to be having a similar issue also. Slowest Saturday since the Christmas break. Is this affecting all shipping methods that are non FBA? I believe we are MFN (we get a daily pick up by Amazon) and it is 100% effecting us.
