Can't proof that item is authentic

Hello, I provided a lot of documents ( invoice, screenshots, statements) but still can't proof that my item is authentic. I really don't understand what else to provide. I have been selling on Amazon for 4 years and have excellent reputation and reviews. This problem is with my second account I was using for another business model. The thing is that there was no Test buy or complaint about this Item. Please, help me to reactivate my account

If the complaint comes from the brand you are selling, they don't need a test buy. Are both accounts completely separate (they do not sell the same items)? Where do you source from?

A copy of your Letter of Authorization from the brand in question allowing you to sell their products on Amazon would be a good start.

My guidance would be to review the original performance notification and provide exactly the documents requested for the ASIN's involved. As you mentioned above, when invoices are required, proof of supply chain is usually required.
