Seller Feedback on FBM Order

Hi
A buyer has left a product review in seller feedback and I’m selling brand product so according to Amazon feedback removal criteria if the seller feedback is a product review they will remove it, But Amazon is not removing it.
Is there anything I can do to remove this feedback?

I have bought Fruit of The Loom off Amazon several times. I dont think i will be again, because the finish is not what i expected. On one of theT Shirts the hem stitching became undone, not after half a dozen wears, but the first, so what can i expect from yhe other 4? I wont send tbem back, its too much hassle.! Its a shame that a product you generally rely on lets you down
